Delivery Policy

Riginov offers complimentary worldwide express shipping on every order. Concerning delivery time, please allow 1-3 working days for worldwide shipping. Please note that some products may require a longer delivery time if mentioned so. For all custom made orders, please contact us.

Once your order payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Riginov will only then dispatch your order, and you will be sent another email containing shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Each shipment is securely packaged, fully insured and shipped using only the most reputable and reliable courier services, in order to make sure it is risk-free during the whole journey from us to your doorstep. You may verify the status of your order when logging in into your account, or by contacting us. Riginov will also follow your order tracking and will contact you to verify that the package has been delivered safely to you. Please note that for security purposes, all Riginov shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

All Riginov shown prices are VAT included at the Belgian tax rate of 21% for all European Union residents. According to the law, only countries outside of the European Union allow exporting the products tax-free. To get the VAT-refund for non-EU residents, please contact us for further assistance. No other cost will be added to your invoice, as shipment and insurances are covered by Riginov.

International orders (from non-EU countries) shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes imposed by the country of import. We are unable to estimate these mention charges, so please contact your local authorities or customs office for more detailed information. Please note that Riginov is not responsible for any of these charges incurred. It is to the customer’s responsibility to pay these charges prior to delivery. Should the customer refuse to pay or refuse to receive the order upon delivery, the shipment will be returned to us, and we will not issue any refunds for the returned product.
